I began my career as an educator, but it frustrated me that I couldn’t help my struggling students in ways that truly transformed their lives. That challenge became my call to go deeper. I studied sensory motor interventions, functional neurology, functional medicine, and energetic modalities—searching for answers that went beyond surface fixes.

What I discovered is that the body is resilient and designed to heal when given the right environment. Light, hydration, acupoints, and increasing cellular voltage became some of my favorite tools for restoring balance and vitality. Now, as a functional health coach and neurodevelopment specialist, I guide adults and children through their own healing journeys—helping them overcome brain-related challenges and restore clarity, calm, and energy.
